vexor, thorax and their tech II variants ishtar, deimos never liked bs for 0.0 ratting, way too slow and vulnerable to be jumped by a gang, imho bs should be used to pvp or do missions

45km range with scout drone ops level 5 (which you do need for tech II drones anyhow) Plus a drone link augmentor would give you 65 km range. Mission runners also use sentry drones, which have even better range than this but they are stationary.
